No more condensation. No more tears.

No more condensation. No more tears.

If your home has weeping windows, you’re definitely not alone. Homes in many parts of Australia are prone to condensation.

But you don’t have to put up with weeping windows, when often all it takes is improving the ventilation in your home.

Often during the colder months the old enemy of a comfortable home rears its ugly head. The cause of surface condensation is where moisture from the air comes into contact with a cooler surface. Occasional beads of moisture on your windows usually aren’t a problem however if your windows are frequently crying and stay that way for a length of time you probably have a condensation issue.

Dripping condensation and excessive moisture can result in a number of issues for your home and your family’s health. Wooden window frames can warp and become difficult to operate. Curtains can grow mould and mildew due to prolonged moisture. The effects can even be much deeper – excessive condensation can affect the structural integrity of your home.

HRV ventilation solutions are an efficient and effective way of controlling condensation. Positive pressure ventilation acts to expel damp and moisture from your home, giving you a healthier, drier space to live in.

Find out what our HRV ventilation solutions can do for you.

Having our HRV installed was the 1st big decision that we made about our 1st house. We hummed and harred about but we were sick of the ice on the windows in winter and mopping it up when it thawed off. We will never look back now the house no longer has the ice, no longer smells damp and we dont suffer from colds and flus the same as before and with two small children that is a main thing. Thanks

I had a HRV installed 5 years ago in my 100 year old Villa and what a difference it has made.  No condensation on those cold mornings and fresh filtered air circulating daily.  No stuffy smell when you've been away for the weekend or even a couple of weeks and the security of not having to have any windows open.  Best thing I could have done for my family and home.

After having HRV installed for 3-4 months we have found it very beneficial to health. We have found it has done what they said it would. That is doing away with condensation and cleaning the house of dampness, and keeps down humidity. After years of suffering from asthma we find we are much better in health, and feel much better in all around health. We would have no hesitation in recommending it.

hi we live in christchurch and had a hrv in our 4 yr old house and it was great . with the earthquake in febuary we had to leave our nice new home and are now in a rental which had crying windows, so we arranged for a hrv system to be installed, within 2 days the windows had dried up and our children have stoped coughing so much and are sleeping with ease now, thanks to the ventalation system :)

My husband has been planning for atleast 6 months to install HRV, but I was the one who was not convinced and could not believe that HRV really works. But eventually I gave in and we installed HRV. There is not a single day where I have seen condensation on my windows. The house is really drier and my husband who used to cough alot on the onset of winter, has not coughed at all after installing HRV
